Making Active Connections Does your school have an interesting story to tell with photos? Register online to submit your school’s project to Making Active Connections. Login to Making Active Connections. Making Active Connections reports on activities and projects undertaken in the independent sector that make real contributions to the lives of others in the community. Students, their families and staff at AISV Member Schools contribute their time, expertise and resources to community projects. A school-community relationship adds value to local projects and reinforces the role of the school as a vital part of the community.
There are two ways to locate a MAC project. You can either search for it by its category, or you can see which project/s each school has been involved with.
AISV Making Active Connections publication AISV has published Making Active Connections - Community Service in Independent Schools a publication based on research into the effects of student volunteering and community services. School case studies are featured throughout the publication, highlighting the important role independent schools play in contributing to their community, both locally and internationally. Please contact Effie Papandreou if you have any questions regarding the Making Active Connections project. |
